Onsite training for BAE Systems with Measurement International

With staff being moved into new roles recently it was a good opportunity to visit BAE Systems Calibration Centre at Barrow in Furness.

Roman Honig from Measurement International flew in to the UK from Slovakia and was accompanied by Jonathan from Qrometric on the long drive from the South Coast to Cumbria. Roman had prepared two days of familiarisation training for BAE’s calibration staff who are new to the Measurement International resistance bridges used there.

Roman took time to review their set up, help them establish best practice and data analysis. He also subsequently offered upgrades to the bridges to improve productivity. I was impressed by the depth of Roman’s knowledge, his experience in the field and the level of support he offers to our customers.

All in all it was great to work with Roman, meet the team at BAE, see their impressive lab and visit a part of the UK I had not visited in many years.
