On site chamber mapping for temperature and RH

Did you know Qrometric offer on site chamber mapping and calibration services? Ned was on the road last week dodging Storm Lorenzo to visit a large pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Ireland.

Ned spent time mapping and validating the temperature and RH of a Memmert Humidity Oven. Our chamber mapping service provides the end user the knowledge that their chamber is performing as per their requirements.

Temperature mapping establishes the temperature distribution within the zone being mapped and it determines gradients and stability for both temperature and RH. These are recorded via the MBW Calibration T12 probes secured inside the chamber over a period of between 18 and 30 hours with the data being recorded to an attached laptop.

Ned also was there to service and calibrate a Thunder Scientific 2500 humidity generator used by the laboratory as a transfer standard.
